Lead editor and author Sennen Hounton, MD, PhD served as UNFPA Representative in the Democratic Republic of the Congo from 2017 through 2020. He is a business unit manager and an international development and humanitarian preparedness and response expert. He is presently the UNFPA Representative in Chad.
